Viking iha.jpg (25017 bytes) A picture of the cockpit of Viking G-AIHA airborne at 9,000' en route to the UK. The F/O can be seen delicately holding his cigarette whilst scanning the instruments. The Captain's coffee cup is seen empty awaiting a refill. The picture was sent by former Radio Officer Dennis Phillips who was the R/O crew member on this flight. Believed to be around 1956. -- not the time -- but the year.
